TX Energy Source is a Texas electricity brokerage registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, serving residential and commercial customers across the ERCOT deregulated market.

We built this site because shopping for electricity in Texas is harder than it should be. Dozens of providers, plans priced at fixed usage tiers that rarely match a real bill, and bill-credit structures that look generous until you’re fifty kilowatt hours off the number they picked. Our job is matching a customer’s real usage pattern to a plan on both price and service, and being upfront about the trade-offs along the way.

That work takes real time. We are not an automated rate bot; we’re a registered brokerage that reviews plan terms, tracks contract renewal windows, and stays current on ERCOT market conditions so our recommendations hold up after the first bill arrives.
